SHOC is dedicated to ensuring that Schuyler County residents have access to needed home repairs that will enable them to live in a safe and healthy environment.  Assistance is available to low-income, handicapped, or elderly individuals and families who need to upgrade or improve existing conditions that are unsafe or unhealthy.
